366 reasons to be happy – 7/1/2012 {getting fit}

As you know from my 2012 resolutions, I am MEGA unhealthy (seriously – just running up the stairs leaves me out of breath!)

As part of my ‘getting fit’ regime I started doing Yoga again on Saturday and I loved it! I’ve been doing it every day since and even after just 3 days i’m starting to feel the benefits.

Gave a lovely lace collar to a friend to sew onto a dress she made
Wore my new tweet trousers to work
Watched Bridget Jones’s Diary for the millionth time

These things made me super happy!
